The QCT Associate conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers. They also provide solutions to the technical issues that may arise during residential unit turnover to ensure total quality control. Aside from this, they also support horizontal developments through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with the clients and their designer to ensure that the plans conform with the construction guidelines and deed of restrictions.

b. Reviews and evaluates house plans to ensure conformity to the prescribed restrictions and design guidelines Signs-off the certificate of completion for the return of the construction bond Assists in client queries, concerns and unit modification requests

c. Attends regular project technical group meetings to address client concerns
