Job Description:

Location: Fryeburg, Maine

CoWorx is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Associate in the Fryeburg, ME area.

This role is critical to ensuring all incoming and outgoing loads meet USDA and company standards.

The Quality Control Associate will also perform routine production line inspections and help maintain our facility’s food safety and quality protocols.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Inspect all incoming loads and report quality findings to the sales team and management
Verify that all outgoing loads meet USDA and Green Thumb Farms standards
Perform hourly quality line checks across all production lines
Inspect back-of-line processes, including cleaning and potato washing
Complete and approve daily and weekly Food Safety documentation
Conduct finished goods checks to ensure product quality meets standards
Stage all door sales orders accurately and efficiently
Support enforcement of our plant-wide Food Safety Program
Assist with training current and new employees on food safety practices and quality standards

Desired Background/Skills:

Be 18 years old or older
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with quality control procedures and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in Quality Control or as a Quality Technician is a plus – training will be provided for the right candidate
