High school diploma or equivalent GED. Minimum of one year working in an office/manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suites and scanning software. Strong knowledge and experience with Office machines such as copiers and scanners Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to perform conversion calculations (e.g. metric to inches, Celsius to Fahrenheit). Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to perform root cause analysis.

PAY
$19 - $24/ hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Quality Manager, provides support to the Quality review and analysis. Responsible for ensuring compliance to customer and Company quality system specifications and requirements.

Serves as the Rings external document librarian (specification maintenance for all Rings Sites). Perform specification reviews for all customers Pulls specifications from all customer and industry portals Maintain and tracks revision control in Q-Pulse and assigns copyholders Follows-up on aging specification approval Scan and archive all quality related documents (from operations) into electronic files Process RMA and scrap requests Process visitor clearances for the site Provides follow-up on aging MRB activities Performs routine administrative/clerical functions Performs data entry as required Performs other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
