Quality Control Divert Reconciliation Associate

General Description:

\n

The Quality Control Divert Reconciliation Associate's (QCDRA) job is to assist the Insert Operators with Divert Reconciliation of high-speed insertion jobs to ensure that high quality compliance and correct procedures are followed during production. Must be detailed, well organized and have understandings of the clients Standard Operating Procedures in processes throughout the production floor. Management may at times, assign other duties outside of production areas as needed.

Schedule: 3rd Shift 11pm-7:15am EST Mon-Fri and Sat as needed

\n

 

\n

Job Duties:

\n

 

\n

 

\n\n Perform 100% of all Divert Reconciliation and balancing of entire job in Mail factory application for all jobs ran on high speed insertion equipment.\n\n

 

\n\n Follow directions and instructions provided by the Insert Operator, Shift Lead, and Supervisor\n\n

 

\n\n Notify production Insert Operator and Insert Sweeper of any quality issues\n\n

 

\n\n Understand production Standard Operating Procedures\n\n

 

\n\n Helpers must be able to tag trays, strap mail trays and keep completed mail organized\n\n

 

\n\n Check final package output for proper folding, sealing, address placement through the window, while keeping sequencing integrity\n\n

 

\n\n Insure all processed mail pieces are 100% accounted for with every job processed\n\n

 

\n\n Handle all damaged packages and issue them for reprinting on the Reprint Request form\n\n

 

\n\n Provide a  daily report/logs to the Shift Supervisor\n\n

 

\n\n Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area\n\n

 

\n

 

\n

 

\n

Working Relationships:

\n

 

\n

Will work with all levels within the company, reports directly to the Operations Shift Supervisor

\n

 

\n

Effectively communicate with all Conduent associates to insure client satisfaction

\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is $16 per hour.
