Quality Control Executive/Project Executive (long term contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Continuous validator recruitment. A QA Executive is responsible for expanding the external validator’s numbers. He/She must be prepared to conduct assessment through face-to-face interviews and/or online interviews of any interested validator applicants. Liaison. A QA Executive will the bridge of communication between different other teams involved in the project. He/She will be communicating with the Operations Team, Client Sales, and the network of validators to ensure that current projects run smoothly. A QA Executive will be tasked to communicate necessary information to validators regarding some project details, as well as updates to any running projects Project Materials CheckIn line with the communications between different teams, a QA Executive will be tasked with assessing, and suggesting revisions to any project materials that aid the project to run as smooth as possible
SPG (Shopper’s Project Guidelines) – Document for shoppers that contains detailed instructions on their mystery shopping task. VPG (Validator’s Project Guidelines) – Document for validators that contains all necessary details about the survey questions along with similar details that of the SPG to ensure that validators are aware if/when a shopper did not follow important instructions. Allocation A QA Executive will be responsible with placing validators into project(s) best suited to their abilities. He/She will evaluate various validator’s work throughout different projects. Some feedback to validators is at times needed to improve and/or motivate validators. High Quality Survey Checks The Ipsos QA Team is responsible for a timely and high-quality validation of surveys. Apart from learning the IPSOS SMX platform, a QA Executive will conduct spot-checks to ensure validators are following with their schedules and that validators are correctly doing their tasksQualification:
Responsible, patient, and diligent. Logical thinker. Native Local language user, with good grammar and spelling skills in English. Knowledge on any other foreign language(s) is a plus. Independent, but is also capable of cooperating in a team. Must be detail-oriented, creative, and has initiative Able to meet/follow deadlines. With at least intermediate computer skills. Have the ability display high levels of professionalism with both internal and external customers Display emotional maturity whilst working under pressure and maintaining a calm working environment Proactive / Self-motivated
