Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as Quality Control Expert (Digitalization and Connectivity) and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Contribute to effective management of deployment of digital tools at QC and QA area. Scoping, Budget monitoring & capacity planning, as well as follow up, monitoring, tracking and reporting. Ensure consistent deployment across sites including adherence to data management rules (master data / transactional data taxonomy, conventions, data modelling)Manage risks, monitor progress and delivery, manage project resources & allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges appropriately in partnership with Digital teams & Business Process OwnersEnsure Lifecycle management related activities are handled in accordance with defined procedures: ensure compliance along solution life cycle (Change control, risk assessment, incidents) and contribute to appropriate support to user community (training, animation of a community of users)Support sites in managing issues, trouble shootingHandle changes at core solution level. Manage risks and mitigation actions in liaison with Global System Owner and respective Process OwnersSupport the standardization of processes and ways of working associated with the project under his / her responsibilityEnsure standardized master data & data management implementation across sites. Coordinate and support consistency of usage (across organizations/GBUs) in adequation with real needs and process designContribute to value realization through the implementation & usage of the new solution as implemented (paperless targets, business value, cycle time reduction, etc). Support to measure the impact of the solution implementation through relevant KPIs defined with Performance team and the relevant BPOs and Global Solution ownersAbout youExperience:
5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industrial Quality organization, experience in digital projects in QA or QC areas

Master’s in Life Sciences/Healthcare, or related technical field.Languages:
