Quality Control Inspector

**Pay Rate:** $31.00 per hour
**Hours:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Possible OT until 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays)
**Weekly Hours:** 40-50 (including overtime)
**Job Overview:**
Adecco is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in Bothell, WA, to perform on-site inspections of cables, harnesses, mechanical parts, hardware, and electro-mechanical assemblies. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role with no travel required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Electro-Mechanical Inspections (65%)** : Inspect incoming materials, production processes, and finished parts.
+ **Visual Inspections & Cleaning (20%)** : Perform visual checks and clean materials/products as needed.
+ **Documentation (10%)** : Record inspection results in reports and logs.
+ **Equipment Maintenance (5%)** : Keep measurement tools in good condition and help improve inspection processes.
**Other Duties:**
+ Record inspection steps and create reports for non-conforming items.
+ Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) following AS9102 or customer guidelines.
+ Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated.
+ Verify serial numbers and configurations before shipping.
+ Support MRB (Material Review Board) by inspecting reworked items and approving acceptances.
**Mechanical & Electrical Inspections:**
+ **Mechanical** : Check parts using measurement tools based on engineering drawings.
+ **Electrical** : Inspect in-process parts; perform function tests based on test procedures.
+ **FAA Conformities** : Help prepare data for FAA inspections.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education** : AA degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training (such as a technical school, apprenticeship, or military electronics experience).
+ **Experience** : 4+ years in quality control or inspection, preferably in the aerospace industry
+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 6S practices is a plus.
+ Ability to read engineering drawings and test procedures.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Experience with electrical and mechanical testing tools.
+ Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA standards.
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
+ Ability to work independently and with a team.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, sitting, bending, and walking for long periods.
+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and supporting overtime when needed.
