Our client, a large manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join team in Pacoima, CA. You will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in aerospace quality control, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in process and final inspections in accordance with priorities established in the manufacturing/production plan.Assures product quality and manufacturing accuracy by properly using inspection equipment.Maintains product quality documentation by keeping accurate records and files.Ensures that product conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications and effectively using inspection measuring equipment.Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude.Complies with all company policies and procedures.Performs First Article Inspections to AS9102 standards.Support non-conforming product procedures, first article inspections, source inspections, and audits.

Qualifications/Certifications:

Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints, drawings, specifications, and standards.Experience with First Article Processes and documentation.Proficient with quality inspection equipment and calibration processes.Strong computer and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining focus on individual responsibilities.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements or priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
