Our client, a leader in global logistics, is looking to hire Quality Control Inspectors for their location on the north side of Jacksonville. Attention to detail is a must for these positions, as we are inspecting the product as it is received or dispatched from the distribution center. This is a hands-on position, where you are constantly on the dock checking orders to ensure amounts are correct and no product is damaged while recording data on report printouts. More of a night owl? We are looking for candidates on both our morning and evening shifts!

The Day-to-Day:

Visually inspect incoming/outgoing orders to confirm order accuracy while checking for defects and damages.Record order details and deviations on printed paperwork, using RF scanners and computers on occasion to research missing information.Label and record batch numbers on individual pallets and coordinate with equipment operators during loading/unloading.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaExtreme attention to detail is a mustAt least 3 years of experience conducting quality checks in a warehouse settingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.00 to $18.00 /hrMonday to Friday (occasional weekend OT during peak.)7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ($17.00 hourly)or3:00 PM to 12 midnight ($18.00 hourly)
