Our client, a leading provider of industrial glass solutions, is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Santa Paula, CA. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through testing, inspection, and documentation, contributing to the success of the company's quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and inspections using quality tools and equipment.Visually inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.Document and address non-conformances, utilizing the CAPA system to prevent recurrence.Control processing or delivery of non-conforming products until resolved.Conduct Incoming Inspections on production materials.Maintain and manage calibration and RMA systems.Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and ISO9001 compliance standards.Collaborate with teams to meet customer quality requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in quality tools, principles, and methodologies.Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and resolve issues.Familiarity with ISO9001 standards, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Effective team player capable of working with diverse groups.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
