Quality Control Inspector
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Quality Control Inspector **Location:** Orangeburg, NY **Pay Range:** $21 per hour **Shift:** Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm **What's the Job?** + Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements. + Conduct inspections of work-in-process and finished products on the manufacturing floor. + Review quality batch records following the completion of production runs. + Document the results of inspections and testing accurately. + Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree preferred. + Experience with CFR Regulations, cGMP Regulations, and FDA Environment (Food or Pharmaceuticals) preferred. + Good English written and verbal communication skills. + Strong arithmetic skills and mechanical aptitude desired. + Quality Control experience is preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector. + Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to excellence. + Enhance your skills in quality assurance and compliance. + Participate in a culture that values continuous improvement and innovation.
