**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Location:** Auburn Hills, MI **Pay:** $17–$20 per hour _(with opportunities for raises based on retention and work performance)_ **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking **Quality Inspectors** to join our team in **Auburn Hills, MI** . This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of **automotive glass screens** by identifying and reporting defects such as **small scratches, air gaps, deformations, air bubbles, and other imperfections** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Inspect **car screens** for **minor defects** to ensure they meet quality standards. + Identify **scratches, air gaps, deformations, and bubbles** in automotive glass. + Follow detailed inspection guidelines to maintain **high accuracy and consistency** . + Work in a **fast-paced environment** while maintaining focus and precision. + Communicate findings and report defective materials to supervisors. + Adhere to **safety and quality protocols** at all times. **Requirements:** + **Excellent vision** and attention to detail. + Ability to **detect small imperfections** in glass surfaces. + Comfortable working in a **repetitive and detail-oriented role** . + Ability to **stand for extended periods** during shifts. + Strong work ethic and **commitment to quality control** . **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
