As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be entrusted to perform inspection and testing. You'll ensure quality equipment is manufactured to avoid unfavorable incidents when the equipment is deployed in oilfields. You'll have the opportunity to work with a large network of global supply chains.
 

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:
 

Performing mechanical dimensional and visual inspections and recording the status of the inspection of all assigned parts.Interfacing with all internal and external customers and suppliers, including Source InspectorsEnsuring product quality, workmanship, and conformance to all applicable processes, requirements, and regulatory standards by the established Quality Assurance SystemInspecting parts, assemblies, and subassemblies to drawings and printsEnsuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitiveCompleting, inspecting, and distributing all quality records and documents. Performing specialized testing as required.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in inspection, examination, and/or testing activitiesExperience with precision measurement tools and instrumentsExperience and/or demonstrated ability to inspect metal and ceramic partsExperience and/or understanding how to use microscopes, precision gauges, thread gages, and jigs
