As part of the ENGIE AMEA Project Delivery Office, the QC Lead will develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes for ongoing construction projects and ensure the application of the Lessons Learnt process.

 

Responsibilities 

Lead the creation of a QC process for the region Create standardized Inspection and Test plan for projects  Create standard QC checklists and inspection forms for the projects, supported by the local project teams Support the implementation of the forms throughout ENGIE South-East Asia’s project Be the organizer of the workshops for tenders and projects Create and maintain an accessible, user-friendly REX library Ensure the learnings are integrated by the different stakeholders (Project development, projects, management etc) 


Requirements

Degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent  At least 5 years quality control or quality assurance experience, preferably in construction or related industries Good understanding of testing and commissioning activity Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills  Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
