Quality Control Manager
Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

A Quality Control Manager is needed to oversee the renovation of a rifle firing range at the Naval Academy in Annapolis. This is a $10 million design-bid-build project, and the successful candidate will begin a week prior to the mobilization date to become acquainted with the project, team, and Navy officials.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.Review the scope of work and ensure quality standards are upheld.Discuss project progress in meetings.Prepare and submit daily progress reports to NAVFAC.Essential SkillsQuality assurance expertise.Safety management skills.Experience with RFIs and federal construction inspection.CQM certification and OSHA30 certification are required.Additional Skills & Qualifications5-8 years of previous federal construction experience.NAVFAC experience is highly desired.EM385-1-1 certification is an added bonus.Must be a US Passport holder.Work Environment

Work will be performed fully on-site at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. The position offers growth potential and full-time opportunities post-contract. The company values work/life balance and is actively bidding and winning projects, especially in collaboration with Belt Built Contracting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $57.69/hr.
