Job Title: Quality Control Manager Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a $2M interior renovation project at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. This project involves mechanical, electrical, and general construction aspects. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, review the scope of work, uphold quality standards, and communicate project progress in meetings. You will be responsible for supervising multiple subcontractors on site. Essential Skills + Experience in quality control management. + QCM certification. + OSHA 30 certification. + Experience in construction management. + High communication skills. + Ability to oversee and manage multiple subcontractors. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in large commercial construction. + 3-4 years of experience in federal construction projects preferred. + Clean record is a must. + US citizenship required. Work Environment The work will be performed on-site at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. You will work alongside a project manager, superintendent, and site safety officer. The company is well-established, focusing strictly on federal contracts, with projects across local bases in the DMV area Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $57.69/hr.
