Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a $2M interior renovation project at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. This project involves mechanical, electrical, and general construction aspects. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, review the scope of work, uphold quality standards, and communicate project progress in meetings. You will be responsible for supervising multiple subcontractors on site.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the renovation project.Review and uphold quality standards and the scope of work.Communicate project progress in meetings.Supervise multiple subcontractors on site.Essential SkillsExperience in quality control management.QCM certification.OSHA 30 certification.Experience in construction management.High communication skills.Ability to oversee and manage multiple subcontractors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in large commercial construction.3-4 years of experience in federal construction projects preferred.Clean record is a must.US citizenship required.Work Environment

The work will be performed on-site at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. You will work alongside a project manager, superintendent, and site safety officer. The company is well-established, focusing strictly on federal contracts, with projects across local bases in the DMV area

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $57.69/hr.
