**Overview** **_**This position is contingent upon contract award**_** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified **Quality Control Manager** to join a program that provides critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. **Essential Job Duties** + Experience in conducting regular quality control meetings with functional managers. + Performs quality control review of contract deliverables, standard operating procedures, and other documentation. + Shall be adept at planning and developing standards, procedures, and best practices for ensuring product, work performance, and customer engagement quality. + Shall have a strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, process development, and statistical methods. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + Active in scope DoD Secret clearance. + Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline. + Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea. + CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, ISO 9001, ISO 19011 certifications. **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable). **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
