Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are working with many General Contractors who are looking for skilled Quality Control Managers. Each project is in different phases, some are occupied rooms, federal projects on bases and commercial interior jobs. Majority of these jobs are local to the DMV area but we do have one that is a long term traveling job

ResponsibilitiesImplement the entire Quality Control (QC) programAttend all post-award conferences, CQC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings, and conduct CQC meetingsPerform the three phases of the quality control processReview and approve submittalsEnsure all required testing is performedEssential SkillsQuality control expertiseOSHA compliance knowledgeExperience with federal construction projects (only for the federal jobs)USACE certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (only for the federal jobs)Ability to obtain an AOC badge (only for the federal jobs)5 years of experience in constructionAdditional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certificationExperience in historical preservationEM-385CQM Cert Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
