The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.


Responsibilities:

Standardization of quality management approachInternal audit support to assess our quality posture (technical and non-technical), develop and implement processes and procedures to increase quality and monitor quality going forwardQuality plan development and capture of quantitative metrics to assess qualityResponsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing quality tools and strategiesDesigns, implements, and conducts test and quality evaluation procedures to ensure requirements are metDevelops, maintains, and upgrades quality verification procedures and architectures

Qualifications:

Required: 

Active SECRET Clearance or attainable5 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree5 years of experience supporting high-level & senior Government customers or high visibility projectsAbility to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding quality initiativesDemonstrated success in influencing others regarding system design, solutions, and proceduresAbility to prioritize requests, set expectations for task completion, and provide task statusHave meticulous attention-to-detail and effective professional written and oral correspondence

Desired:

5+ years as a Quality ManagerProven success developing processes and leading quality initiativesProven success in developing quality enhancing processes and proceduresProven success in developing training/learning programsAbility to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideasAble to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
