Your Role

The Quality Control Supervisor for Sample Logistics will be responsible for:

Supervising the QC Sample Logistics team, coordinating sample logistics activities to distribute materials and documentation promptly and accurately to the analytical laboratories.Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.Establishing objectives and develop personnel to ensure operations are in compliance withQuality Systems guidelines and customer requirements.Managing department process workflows to meet business needs.Selecting, training, developing, motivating, and evaluating employees.Leading and participating in process improvement efforts.

 

 

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline 1+ years of lab experience in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or Chemical industry

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior leadership trainingStrong verbal and written communication skillsManagement skills – planning, organizing, delegating and decision makingDemonstrated role model behavior and motivational skillsConflict resolution and teaching skillsRegulatory skills – excellent documentation, attention to detail, communication, and interpretationProficiency with SAPDatabase and data analytics skillsTechnical knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry or life sciences with emphasis on analytical methodologyKnowledge of chemical hazards and safety policiesKnowledge of Process Improvement methods and techniques
