About the role:

As a Quality Control Supervisor you will provide direction to the Quality Inspectors daily, and coordinate long-term plans for inspection and development.  We ask that you are someone who can maintain a quality focus.  You will maintain and present solutions to barriers encountered.

You will report to the Manager of Quality Control and be located at Newington, NH and will support the role 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Direction daily inspection ensuring company schedules are met.

Plan inspection requirements for each project.

Procure tooling for use in inspection.

Establish and implement a training plan for inspection resources.

Work with manufacturing, engineering departments, and the QI Lead Planner, to determine inspection priorities.

Provide a safety-based communication for the inspection department.

Work within the established QA program to maintain compliance.

WEC QMS, NQA 1, ASME, ISO

Participate in corrective action as issue generator, action owner, and investigator.

Maintain employee time, absence, and performance records.

Maximize inspection resources to provide coverage of shop priorities.

Work within teams improving on all fronts.

Participate in QA Audits, representing the department.

Qualifications:

HS diploma

5 years experience in leadership position

Experience in an inspection environment
