+ Ensures that all canning personnel receive the proper paperwork prior to the production start up + Responsible for ensuring that spice room formula is correct + Conducts chlorine sample tests every four (4) hours + Conducts testing and records results as required, based on product. This includes, but may not be limited to: + Salt testing + Head Space testing + Fill Weight testing + Temperature testing + Seam teardown testing + Blending testing + Raw product testing + Other duties may be assigned. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** + None **LANGUAGE SKILLS** + Ability to read and write in English. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. + Ability to communicate with others orally. **MATHEMATICAL SKILLS** + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. **REASONING ABILITY** + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 1st Shift - 4am to 2pm 2nd Shift - 4pm to 2am Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work weekends **Pay Details:** $14.65 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
