Apply today for immediate start!!** **Role: Quality Control Inspector** **Shift: 1st shift; 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday 6:00AM – 4:30PM.** **Salary: $20.00 p/h** **Duration: Temp-to-Hire** **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is preferred. Experience with inspection tools and testing equipment is a plus. + **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from product specifications. + **Technical Skills:** Proficient in the use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) and basic computer software (MS Office, quality management systems). + **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues efficiently and effectively. + **Physical Stamina:** Capable of performing physical tasks and handling materials as needed throughout the workday. Frequent lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 pounds. **Essential Functions:** + **Inspection & Testing:** Perform inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications. Utilize a variety of measuring instruments and test equipment. + **Documentation & Reporting:** Record inspection data, track product quality, and generate detailed reports. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for quality control purposes. + **Quality Control Procedures:** Support the development and implementation of quality control processes. Ensure that all products and materials comply with company and regulatory standards. + **Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:** Identify defects or quality issues during the inspection process. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve problems promptly. + **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and optimize production processes. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to management. + **Physical Demands:** This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various production environments.
