Job Description + Perform Brittle Plastic, Wood, and Ceramic monthly inspections. + Responsible for all pre-operational inspections of the equipment and facility before production startup and/or changeovers. + Perform ATP swabbing for sanitation verification. + Perform scales and thermometer calibrations. + Perform analytical (Moisture, pH, TTA) and sensory (color, taste, smell) tests on finished product samples. + Assist in the investigation of any foreign material findings. + Perform other tasks or duties as required by the QA Manager. Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in quality control at a food manufacturing company + Experience working with document control, quality assurance documentation + Experience with maintaining hold logs, food manufacturing logs, conducting ingredient COA reviews, and maintaining records About Actalent Actalent connects passion with purpose.
