Location: Housatonic, Massachusetts

Position: Entry Level Quality Control Technician

Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd Shift

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Entry Level Quality Control Technician to assist in maintaining the quality of our products throughout the production process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in quality assurance and grow within a progressive company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Record and document inspection results accurately.Assist in identifying and troubleshooting quality issues.Work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards.Participate in training and development programs to enhance quality control knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.No prior experience in quality control is necessary; we will provide training.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
