What success looks like in this role:

Carry out the Quality Checks of deliverablesSupport the teams in writing meeting minutes.Follow up the deliverable review lifecycleEnsure a fluent and timely communication between PCO, authors, reviewers and approversAdapt and create templates as neededMaintain information repositories updated

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Experience Quality assurance activitiesGeneral knowledge about IT ProjectsAbility to work in a geographically spread and multinational organisation and to manage a remote teamExcellent communication skills, both in speaking and in writingUnderstanding the importance of applying strictly the procedures and adhering to high quality standardsTeam playerA relevant experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position
