You'll work closely with clinical teams and collaborate across departments to enhance the quality of care we provide. This is done by providing data sources, data extraction, analysis, benchmarking, process improvement, and measurement of outcomes.. + Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in patient care. + Develop and implement creative campaigns to educate patients and improve health outcomes. + Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. + Utilize data analysis and reporting to track progress and measure success. + Coordinate the distribution of data obtained from a variety of sources, including EHR, to drive clinical and operational performance improvement. + Prepare easy to understand presentations and reports to support clinical care teams, quality improvement, and the reporting needs of the organization. Required Experience: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + High School diploma or equivalent. + One year experience in healthcare – health information technology, quality improvement, or patient services- preferred; experience working in a health center (IHS, FQHC, or similar) is preferred. + Demonstrated skill in clearly presenting data. + Advanced computer application with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
