The Quality Coordinator performs ongoing measurement, data collection, management and analysis for a myriad of quality improvement initiatives included in the organization’s performance improvement plan, focused nursing documentation and initiatives driven by regulatory citations/plan of correction. If the employee is assigned a specialty area that is more than 50% of their job duties, they will be designated as the coordinator of that specialty area. **Responsibilities:** + All hospital staff, medical staff, patients, and patient's family. Other information: + **EDUCATION** + Registered Nurse with current NC license (BSN preferred) or related bachelor’s degree or higher in health-related field. + **EXPERIENCE** + At least three to five years of hospital experience. + **LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION** + Registered Nurses must have active NC license or credentialing related to specific degree. + **OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** + At least three to five years of experience in health-related field.
