Planning, coordinating, and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.Monitor and provide assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.Onboarding all new employees, contractors and volunteers as it relates to employee health.Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Reports to the Director of the Quality department.
