Position Overview

As a Quality Document & Training Coordinator at the Compiègne Development Center, you will oversee the management of quality document systems and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with global and local teams to streamline processes, optimize systems, and maintain a high standard of quality and training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Document Management:

· Oversee the Quality Document system, ensuring compliance with global standards.

· Coordinate workflows for timely updates and reviews of documents.

· Identify process improvements and optimize the document management system.

2. Training Management:

· Develop and maintain the local training matrix, ensuring alignment with global qualification standards.

· Track training completion, report KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

· Support onboarding processes for new employees.

3. System Administration:

· Administer the CONNECT Document and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring smooth operations and user support.

· Resolve system issues independently and maintain system settings.

4. Continuous Improvement:

· Drive the simplification and optimization of quality document and training processes.

· Conduct trend analysis on KPIs to ensure system effectiveness.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

· Work closely with global and local teams to align processes and share best practices.

· Identify and escalate quality risks, collaborating with management to mitigate issues.

6. Audit & Inspection Support:

· Assist in audit preparation and ensure documentation systems are audit-ready.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

· Experience in Document and Training Management in a regulated environment.

· Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.

· Experience with digital system administration (CONNECT or similar platforms).

Skills:

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Languages:

· English proficiency is essential.

Education:

· A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
