About the role:

 

The Quality Documentation Officer ensures professional and timely answers to customers questions and requirements and provides supports for complaints where related to documentation. The incumbent assures that customer requirements are known and implemented in the organization, but also shares new requirements if raised.

 

Key responsibiliteis:

 

Provides professional and timely answers to customer technical requests  Negotiates where relevant internally and with customers possibilities and restrictions including exploring and presenting alternative options Assures the implementation of customer requirements into BC Quality Systems including the certificate profiles and inspection plans Analyzes customer inquiries to identify recurring questions and areas for improvement and efficiency Where appropriate, identifies improvement areas, define and follow up on the action plans Understands, review and provides feedback on the impact of projects regarding customer requirements Integration of ESG requirements in customer quality documentation
 

 

About you:

 

Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent Min. 2-3  years experience in similar role Excellent communication skills Accurate, good sense of details Good understanding of food procesing and quality English - fluent, additional languages are an asset
