We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Specialist for our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for the preparation of project EOMR and final documents, management of project files and records, and distribution of controlled documents.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Collecting and organizing project execution-related documents. Compiling EOMR and final documents. Managing controlled project documents. Daily management of the nuclear project documentation room.Who You Are:
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Be familiar with document management processes,
Familiar with quality management principles and practices.
For This Role, You Will Need: Associate degree or above in a related field. Experience in document control or quality management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear understanding and extensive experience in document management. Basic programming skills or familiarity with Power Platform tools. Knowledge of nuclear power industry standards
