As a Quality Engineer you are responsible to support manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, supply chain and other areas of production support and services in compliance with the applicable FPS Onshore Quality Management System. You are also responsible for leading quality assurance activities, cost of poor-quality reduction (CoPQ), FMEAs, root cause investigations (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) always seeking continuous improvements in the applicable areas.

As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for:

Preparing Quality Plans and Product Inspection and Testing Plans (PIT).Working with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, etc. to solve quality issues, including quality cost, defect reduction, etc.Supporting the recording of internal, process, customer and business audits.Assist in analysis, reporting, monitoring, and training involving audit items.Review and analyze product and process nonconformities.Support NCA / RCA investigations – use of corrective and preventive actions.Review and approve work instructions and ongoing procedures, providing support and guidance for improvements.Organize and conduct quality meetings with the areas of manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and other areas of production support.Support the development of Quality Management Reviews (QMR).Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)Responsible for managing the MOC's (Management of Change) for the organization.Support the management of the Corrective and Preventive Action system (CAPA).Perform statistical analysis on manufacturing processes.Support FPS On shore's compliance with regulatory bodies for ISO 9001, API Q1, API Monogram

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.Ability to support Quality programs/systems and achieve measurable goals.Experience self-managing and organize priorities.Engineer background to Read and interpret engineering drawings, product specifications, industry codes and regulations is preferredDemonstrated leadership skills to make change and help create positive safety culture.Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks on tight time schedules.Change Orientation: Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes and adapt to business and functional changes.Experience with developing PowerBi dashboards is preferredAbility to develop PowerApps.Basic knowledge of API Q1 & ISO 9001 standards.Basic knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC)Basic knowledge of Statistical ToolsBasic knowledge of Quality Control Plans & FMEA's
