You will have…

Education: High School Diploma Experience: Experience in manufacturing engineering  Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing processes in a manufacturing environment. Proven problem-solving ability. Previous production supervision Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)  Experience working with IATF16949 Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing work environment

Even better you may have…

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field Six Sigma Green or Black Belt experience: 5 years of previous automotive and quality analysis. Familiar with Ford Q1 and QOS. Exposure to Li ion cell or battery manufacturing

What you will do…

Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel and other available tools. Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently Support expedited concern resolution with cross functional teams including the Quality Department, Production and Suppliers. Responsible for QC personnel training assessment and effect evaluation. Coordinate, inspect, and supervise internal QC daily business. Supervise inspection records and data, be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and effectiveness of QC basic inspection data, and be responsible for inspection data statistical analysis, outputting standard quality reports, and promoting continuous improvement. Complete additional QC tasks as needed.
