JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Weekly staff and prioritization meetings
* Facilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams
* Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs
* Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams -
* Review and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis
* Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)
* Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering required
* 8-10 years experience required
* Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
* Knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
* Ability to facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual
* Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
