Job Summary

QCM PCRB Engineer is responsible for driving the improvement of overall process quality through the deployment, education, monitoring and improvement of the key business processes of Conversion management contribute Fab key quality metrics improvement.

Through this role, you will be able to obtain the deep knowledge and skill of Quality management system of Micron and of Industry standard.

Job responsibilitiesDeeply understand and deploy key business process and core tools for Conversion management business processes.Monitor key metrics to identify systematic issues, make strategy and drive improvement for Conversion management business processes with Fab organizations.Work with global organizations as fab representative to contribute for developing, benchmarking and alignment of the effective business processes.Work as PCRB boarder to lead discussion and provide proper risk management

担当業務Conversion managementに関する専門知識を身に着けビジネスプロセスを導入する。Conversion managementのKeyとなる指標を監視しFab関係者と協働して改善計画の策定、実施をリードする。Conversion managementのビジネスプロセスのFab代表者として、効率的なグローバルビジネスプロセスの開発、改善に貢献する。PCRBのボーダーとして議論をリードし適切なリスクマネージメントを実施する。
