ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new product quality plan, quality inspection plan, implement new process validation, sample qualify.

制定新产品质量计划、质量检验计划，实施新工艺验证，样品合格。

In-process & FQA inspection and control management.

过程和FQA检查和控制管理。

Prepare documentation of policies, regulations and procedures as directed by the quality manager, e.g. CE, UL, CCC, HAFF, etc. As well as production process inspection control SOPs to control final release.

Customers complain handling, closely work with engineering, production, supplier chain and sales team handle customer complaints, RMA management with RRCA, corrective and preventive actions and lead time, quick response to meet customer satisfaction.

Manage the daily audit on the shop floor, including quality related problem finding, investigation, problem solving and corrective/preventive actions tracking.

Utilize the quality and statistic tools to solve problems, i.e. FMEA/CP, MSA, PDCA, 5 why analysis, 8D, VRK, SPC etc. 

Resolve quality issues, drive quality improvement plans & develop Corrective Action Plans.

Periodical quality reporting of quality data. Support production to reach product quality target through continuous improvement activities.

Communication with BU, periodical conference calls with BU companies from oversea and mainland.

定期与海外和国内的团队进行沟通。

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Electronic Engineering or related field, good at both written and spoken English. 

电子工程或相关专业学士学位，英语听说读写熟练。

At least 5 years' quality process inspection and management experience in sensor manufacturing or industrial electronic components industries. 

至少5年传感器制造或工业电气元件工厂的过程检验和质量管理工作经验。

Excellent knowledge of quality tools, such as SPC, FMEA and so on. 

精通SPC、FMEA等质量工具

Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000, FMEA and SPC.

Good data statistics ability and the ability to solve problems quickly

Experience on CE, UL, CCC, HAFF is a plus.
