RequirementsEngineering degree
5+ years of related experience (7+ preferred)
Minimum 5 years in a QA management role within an ISO 9001 certified shop
Strong expertise in data analysis, root cause identification, corrective action planning, and implementation
Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ability to create and interpret detailed fishbone diagrams
Knowledge of GD&T with hands-on experience in precision manufacturing
Experience managing Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 audits and compliance
Preferred SkillsExperience leading multi-discipline teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions
Broad knowledge and application of advanced problem-solving tools
ResponsibilitiesLead quality assurance efforts for precision manufacturing operations
Direct and support Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Drive problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation across cross-functional teams
Manage compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards and conduct internal/external audits
Oversee GD&T application and verification in precision machining processes
Apply SPC and other advanced quality methodologies to resolve issues and ensure continuous improvement
Provide leadership to enforce accountability, deliver project results, and prepare for succession into senior management
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
