Quality system management

To establish quality objectives for responsible plant.Maintain ISO 9001 quality management system and QA documentsAttend quality meeting (Quality team bi-weekly meeting, Package Gas Quality monthly meeting, MRM).Execute QMS internal audit and third party (ISO9001 certification) for PG.To lead or supervise the Complaint and Non Conformance with proper resolution.

Product spec and manufacturing process data management.

Make SPC/CpK report and review SPC performance for package gas operational sites.Maintain Package Gas customer specific request in related system and share site folder.To meet electronic customer requirements (such as e-COA, periodic SPC report,…etc.)

Continuous improvement (CI)

Coordinate the handling of quality issues in cross-departments to keep continuous improvement.Participate the quality control circle (QCC) activity.

Customer Service

To reduce the complaints and non-conformance with good solution, and facilitate the effective prevention improvement with responsible teams.Collaborate with the marketing, CI teams to develop the panning in accordance with the customer royalty survey, and support sales activities to secure the customers.To coordinate with teams for the customer audits.Attend the periodical review meeting and provide monthly report for customers’ request.Comply with the global customer survey procedure to response the customer survey and questionnaire.Support for PCN (Process Change Notice).

Supplier Quality

To manage the supplier non-conformance, and encourage, coach the suppliers to keep continuous improvement on their quality.   

Other Activity

To support the Human Resource development about new employees Quality training.Attend the basic training by the cross functional departments, (eg: CI, supply chain, product application, container, valve, cylinders,…etc.) to enhance common knowledge.Follow up actions requested by managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.   Education to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent

2.   Min. 3 years of experience in quality management

3.   Well-compliance of ISO 9001 standard requirements

4.   Good problem-solving skills, along with driving capability on things done

5.   Good skills at organizing and analyzing,

6.   Strong work ethic/commitment

7.   Ability to work with people of diverse culture

8.   Knowledge of QC 7 tools, SPC/SQC is preferred
