This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

1. Verify and document the development of production processes according to the specifications established to

meet customer requirements.

2. Verify and document the control of serial production processes according to the specifications

established to meet customer requirements.

3. Coordinate and manage multifunctional teams in the problem-solving analysis process, as well as in improvement teams to identify the root cause of problems and

avoid their recurrence.

4. Verify and review that operating personnel have the certification and training in quality

issues for the validation of the operator certification matrix.

5. Coordinate the preparation of PPAP requirements to obtain client approval

on the established dates.

6. Continuously validate client requirements and, if necessary, take the courses

or certifications requested by the client.

7. Promote safety, health, environmental protection and improved energy

performance in accordance with ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001 standards in their current

versions, as well as compliance with CD03800 and applicable standards.

For processes

• Verify that the production processes are carried out in compliance with the client's

requirements.

• Generate product inspection instructions including Customer Touch

Points.

• Coordinate containment actions for suspicious products.

• Carry out and verify corrective actions corresponding to quality alerts.

• Verify engineering and production runs in the different phases of product development.

• Coordinate multifunctional problem-solving and analysis teams, as well as

improvement teams.

• Supervise and coordinate quality auditors.

• Develop and manage the annual Q test audit program (quality tests)

for products manufactured in SlpP. (Quality Engineer)

• Attend the different production monitoring meetings (Point CIP), manufacturing to

communicate quality problems. • Ensure that lessons learned from products and/or processes are implemented at the different stages of new projects through product or process controls.

• Facilitate training on quality issues for new staff and certification of operational staff.

• Generate and maintain updated product defect catalogs.

• Generate and follow up on sub-assembly safe launch plans, where applicable.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical.

Experience:

1 year of relevant work experience in Quality / Manufacturing (assembly and component manufacturing) Good communication skill
