Job Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will lead the audit process and conduct follow-ups on internal and supplier on-site audits, self-audits, technical audits, process audits, and launch readiness reviews. You will address customer complaints using problem-solving methodologies, drive to the true root cause, and implement robust corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues. Additionally, you will improve quality systems, including process documentation, change management, calibration, in-process quality control, raw material quality, traceability systems, and post-production testing. You will also follow, implement, and monitor quality policies to verify the results for effectiveness and assist in driving improvements in policies and policy compliance.

This role is based in a manufacturing work environment. The work schedule is onsite from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend work required. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and NPI.
