Job Description
Develop, maintain, and implement internal quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with AS9100/AS9102 and other requirements imposed by customers and governmental agencies. Conduct Nadcap and AS9100 audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage and maintain audit schedules and documentation. Review and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Perform hands-on quality inspections and tests on the manufacturing floor. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions. Maintain records of quality inspections, tests, and manufacturing activities related to quality. Provide training and support to quality inspectors and manufacturing staff on quality standards and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned.

This position requires presence on the manufacturing floor almost daily. The company is growing at a very fast pace, with an expected increase of about 20-30 full-time employees in the next 18 months. The work environment offers a great work-life balance and a relaxed atmosphere.
