Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description As a Quality Engineer, you will create and maintain the Quality System, ensuring it is up to date with documents, records, and KPI statistical reports. You will ensure compliance with normative, customer requirements, legal schemes, and defined strategies and regulations. You will map and analyze processes, develop and update the internal documentation system, and collaborate with the Quality Manager to keep the Quality System aligned with ISO 9001 and other customer standards. Additionally, you will support training activities, internal auditing processes, and actively engage in Nonconformities, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions implementation and management. Responsibilities + Create and maintain the Quality System, including documents, records, and KPI statistical reports. + Ensure compliance with normative, customer requirements, legal schemes, and defined strategies and regulations. + Map and analyze processes, develop and update the internal documentation system. + Collaborate with the Quality Manager to align the Quality System with ISO 9001 and other customer standards. + Support training activities for quality improvements, new processes/procedures implementation, and relevant updates. + Support internal auditing processes, act as an auditor, and produce relevant audit documents and reports. + Engage in Nonconformities, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions implementation and management. + Produce periodical statistical analysis and reports based on Quality KPIs trends. + Oversee the Microbiological Daily Management program and coordinate lab activities. + Oversee analytical testing and lead root cause analyses and corrective action determinations. Essential Skills + University degree in technical disciplines such as quality, industrial, manufacturing, or chemical. + At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Quality departments of well-structured/certified companies. + Proficiency in process analysis and mapping. + Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000 family, GMP, IFS/BRC, etc.). + ASQ Certifications such as CQE, CQA. + Experience with product validations. + Experience with internal and external audits. + Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office and SAP R/3 QM module. Additional Skills & Qualifications + ASQ Certifications – CQE, CQA. Work Environment The position is based in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) environment with an automated manufacturing process. Office hours are 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves working in the office area with occasional walks through the manufacturing area. Both office and manufacturing areas are air-conditioned. The facility includes modern amenities such as a lunch room with fridges, locker rooms, and safety medical products available in vending machines for free.
