Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Quality Engineer in our Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to define the Quality Strategy and System applicable for the Project, in line with Siemens rules and regulations, as well as with ISO standards and according to the Contract requirements, and to the Consortium Policy. You will also be accountable for proper application of PM@Siemens inside the Project team and establish the defined Quality Management system tailored/aligned to the project-specific requirements.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Creates transparent and open environment for quality culture together with management. Gives guidance that risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and the use of the Quality Management system. Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement. Drives innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box, coaching and fostering the application of creativity methods. Implements and assesses quality-related standards and legal requirements in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned. Analyzes and improves a series of process steps by applying appropriate methods like Value Stream Mapping. Cooperate a group of quality-related staff without leading the team both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates an assigned international/national quality network in a specific quality area. Ensure professional non-conformance (NC) management. Implementation of quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA). Develops, controls and ensures the implementation of a quality plan (incl. quality assurance measures such as review / test / validation / ...) for the project derived from existing QM system agreed upon with the own organization, customer, partners and suppliers Plans and executes supplier audits including follow-up of audit measures

Use your skills to move the world forward.

Proven experience large infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail industry in the field of Quality Management. Practical knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001 is highly appreciated Advise and/or conduct quality-related methodology/tools (Risk management, identify and conduct relevant lessons learned, Quality Gates, NC management, root cause analyses, etc.)
