In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Health & Safety
Recognize and follow Emerson's safety procedure Report all hazards, incidents, and near misses in line with the Emerson HSE incident policy. Contribute to in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents, and ill health Conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employeeQuality Management System
Maintain & improve Quality Management system Support & lead in maintain ISO 9001 Quality Documentation & Certification Plan and implement various Quality initiatives identified Perform and lead internal audit program Provide support in conducting quality management review Support reporting of quality metrics Take ownership of Company's Quality Policy, Core and Operating Values Organize and/or Conduct quality related trainingTraining & Development of Sales & Customer Care Organization
Map technical competency BFP product plan across the Sales, Agent, and Channel Partner Teams Develop and present technical training material. Provide 1 on 1 development and / or joint calls with sales where required, to ensure development of technical proficiency. Provide Product and Technical Training to Industry Associations and End Users.Supplier Quality
Guide receiving inspection - develop, implement incoming inspection planProduct Quality and Product Approvals
Actively work with Product/Manufacturing Engineering team in product audits and approvals such as AGA, Watermark, PED, UKCA, etc. Manage customer complaints - Investigate, Analyze, Identify/Implement Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) Manage non-conformance register and follow up for corrective action and close out.Others
Streamline and guide Certification process Drive global projects locally and internal quality projects from time to time Work closely with Quality Control Team of inspectors and other local and global quality teams Guide in-process inspection -Visual, heat no. verification, PMI, hardness, DFT etc. Support Order/Project management team on Quality requirements - Certs, ITP, Inspections, etc. Collaborate with other interested parties including (but not limited to) as all other Eagle Farm functions, Global & cross functional team, auditing firms, suppliers, etc. Other ad hoc function related tasks as and when applicableWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing) Experience in QA/QC function Conversant with ISO standards, Root Cause analysis (ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor) Experience in valve manufacturing industry Conversant with Factory Acceptance Testing of valves Conversant with valve performance, accessories, and instrumentationOur Offer to You:
