Your Role
In your daily job you will:
Take overall responsible for the assignment project Develop and maintain incoming inspection WI(Working Instruction), product inspection instruction and related quality record format Summary on-site production abnormal (defect analysis) processing Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control Responsible for daily nonconforming products analysis and disposition Take in charge of non-conforming raw material disposition Ensure process change is identified and follow up process change process Control Red Tag, analyze Scrap, planning for Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product Review and update the quality standard, quality risk assessment Supervise (Measuring) Technicians and provide necessary coach and guidance Coach QA technicians and inspectors to conduct quality activities Ensure GP-12 activities followed up as required Report and track products FTQ(First Time Quality), CPK(Process Capability Index) and cost of scrap weekly or monthly Handle customer complaints investigation, analysis, and improve tracking(including internal action coordinating, 5 why, 8D, DPS) Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Engineering or related field More than 3 years quality related experience in automotive industry Good communication skill both in English and mandarin Basic knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO/IATF16949 certified auditor is preferred Familiar with quality tool of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA Problem solving skill Quality management knowledge (IATF 16949, CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.) Automotive electronics or SMT background is preferred
