Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

Support customer return investigation and technical report writing. Lead troubleshooting activities and investigations. This position involves working with customers on quality concerns, including corrective actions, line support, and defect reduction. The role may involve developing poka-yokes to improve quality. Some electronic/electrical troubleshooting of products is also preferred. You will gather data for reporting and present directly to customers for resolution.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00
