Job Title: Quality Engineer Client is unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Job Description The Quality Engineer will join a team of four to support a large automotive plant producing seals. The role involves working with suppliers and customers, including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda, to reduce defects and provide root cause analysis to ensure the quality of parts. Responsibilities + Work with suppliers and customers to reduce defects in parts. + Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues. + Implement and manage corrective action plans. + Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Utilize AIAG core tools for quality engineering processes. Essential Skills + Experience in quality engineering. + Proficiency in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). + Strong skills in root cause analysis. + Familiarity with AIAG core tools. + Experience conducting audits and creating corrective action plans. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Customer-facing OEM experience. + Bachelor's degree preferred. Work Environment The work environment is clean and safe, though it is non-climate controlled. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00 TG Kentucky offers a variety of benefits that include Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability are paid and free for employers. Person will accrue 10 days PTO first 2 years, 13 paid holidays. Largest employer in area. 401k match up to 3%. They will cover COBRA fees for new employees until benefits start.
