Quality Engineer
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the regulated device manufacturing industry based in Redmond, Washington (fully on-site). As a Quality Engineer, your main function will be to ensure the quality of our products by managing documents, controlling training processes, and maintaining high standards of engineering quality. Responsibilities: • Execute quality engineering tasks with precision and efficiency • Oversee and manage electronic document management systems such as Fusion, Agile, or Arena • Incorporate document control and training protocols, accounting for 20% of the overall role • Ensure adherence to regulations set by governing bodies such as the FDA and FAA in our manufacturing environments • Utilize skills in Document Management, Document Control, Quality Engineering, and Training to maintain and improve our product quality • Handle customer-related concerns and queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action based on the account status • Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set objectives and goals.
